Shipping policy
At Lewpe, we're a small design studio based in Lisbon. Every piece we sell is made to order by our production partners. That's why our shipping window is a little longer than off-the-shelf retail, and why our prices stay reasonable for the quality.
Where we ship
We ship worldwide.
Order processing
Once you place an order, our production partners prepare your piece. Allow 3 to 5 business days for processing before the piece is handed to the carrier.
Delivery time
After processing, delivery typically takes another 7 to 14 business days to most destinations. Remote addresses and customs clearance can occasionally add a few days.
Total time, end to end
Most orders arrive within the processing and delivery windows above, door to door. Some pieces arrive sooner. We don't promise it, so we can delight you when it happens rather than apologize when it doesn't.
Shipping cost
Free shipping on all orders, worldwide. No minimum.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive a tracking link by email within 48 hours of your order being handed to the carrier. You can also track your order here any time.
Delivery issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged, contact us at support@lewpe.com and we'll make it right: replacement, refund, or credit, whichever works best for you.
Customs and duties
Depending on the destination country, the recipient may be responsible for import duties or taxes set by local customs. These are not included in our prices and are outside our control.
