We work with production partners across Europe and Asia, chosen for their finish, materials, and consistency. Every piece we list has passed the same curation standard: it has to be something we'd put in our own home.

Every piece is made to order. Allow 3 to 5 business days for order processing, and another 7 to 14 business days for delivery.

Worldwide, with most orders delivered across the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Customs duties for non-EU destinations are the recipient's responsibility.

Yes. You'll receive a tracking link by email within 48 hours of your order being handed to the carrier. You can also track your order here any time using your order number and email. If you don't see your tracking email, check your spam folder or email us.

Reach out to support@lewpe.com as soon as possible. If the order hasn't been handed to the carrier yet, we can usually amend or cancel it. Once it's shipped, the 30-day return policy applies instead.

30 days from delivery, no restocking fees. Before shipping anything back, email us at support@lewpe.com with your order number and the reason. We'll reply within 24 hours on weekdays with return instructions.

Email us a photo at support@lewpe.com within 48 hours of receiving the package. We'll replace the piece, refund you, or issue a credit, whichever works best for you. Damaged items are our problem to solve, not yours.

All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. Prices are shown in your local currency where supported. If your local currency isn't available, the transaction is processed in US dollars.
